Diversity Career Fair in Central Florida

Diversity Career Fair is the only not for profit career fair specializing in the Hispanic Market and African American communities. It also supports an Educational Foundation that gives scholarships to needed Hispanic students.

On Friday, October 24th, at The Florida Hotel next to the Florida Mall (1500 Sand Lake Road, Orlando) from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Diversity Career Fair  will be hosting the only job fair specifically designed to support the employment of Hispanics and Afro Americans in Central Florida.

Reasons why its efforts should be supported:

The EEOC has said publicly that it is the only job fair mechanism in Central Florida that officially can be used by employers to meet U. S. federal mandates that require employers to inform the minority community of job opportunities in Central Florida.

Child abuse and spousal abuse in the Hispanic and Afro American communities are higher due to unemployment. By extending its hand in coordinating this Diversity Job Fair, it is supplying job opportunities to these minority communities.

It strengthen the Economy by providing job opportunities to our Orlando community.

It is required by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission got employers to make tangible efforts by providing job opportunities to minorities.
