was established in September 2007 by Chhatrapal Thakur, MD and
Ajit Singh, MD, two board certified internists, to provide
comprehensive medical care with 100% patient satisfaction.

centers. The physicians along with diagnosis and treatment,

Dr. Chhatrapal Thakur, completed residency and received
Board certification in Internal Medicine from New York
Methodist Hospital (affiliated with Weill Medical
College of Cornell University, Member New York
Presbyterian Health Care) 1998 - 2001. He completed
fellowship training and became Board Certified in
Geriatrics. Subsequently, he relocated to Florida and
has been practicing for over 5 years now. |

Dr. Ajit Singh completed his
Internal Medicine training from Wyckoff Heights Medical
Center in Brooklyn New York in 2003. He moved to Florida
from Memphis, Tennessee where he practiced at the
Methodist University Hospital for 3 years.Dr. Singh
specializes in common and complex illness in
adult/geriatric population. |

Aim Healthcare LLC hospital affiliations are with Northwest
Medical Center, Coral Springs Medical Center, and North Broward
Hospital to provide continuity of care. The practice, located on

From an academic perspective, Dr. Mangonon is co-author of a
number of medical papers and co-editor of a surgical textbook
