The Jacksonville Business Journal annual "Book of Lists" named her
to its list of top REALTORS® for Jacksonville and the Beaches,
ranking her 48th in 2003, 21st in 2004 and 4th in 2005.
Born in Cebu, the Philippines Jean Tan Jones comes from a family
that instilled the value of hard work at home and in business.
Prior to her involvement in the Real Estate industry Jean had a
stable Physical Therapy practice. In 2000, she left the practice to
start a career in Real Estate which immediately flourished, winning
numerous awards in sales.
Jean founded First Trust Realty in 2006 in Atlantic Beach. Here she
brought together realtors, mortgage brokers and property managers.
Her mission is to provide the best service to all of her clients.
With her professional experience and marketing savvy Jean has been
able to produce far better than most. For each of the last
three years, Jean has been listed in the Jacksonville Business
Journal’s Book of Lists as one of the top 10 realtors by sales in
Jacksonville, Florida.
An active member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, the Asian-
American Chamber of Commerce, and Women Business Owners, Jean has
demonstrated leadership and ability to bring professionalism at all
levels.
